AGENDA:

1-Mobile Clinic Versus APPNA House

2-Motion to create the feasibility report for Mobile Clinic.

3-Motiom to involve different organizations to run the Mobile Clinic:  ( ICNA, Fortbend County, ISGH, looking into Logistics , etc)

4-Membership drive.

5-Web site updates

6-APPNA   house

7-Motion to help IMG. 

8-Role of STC with Central APPNA

9:  Motion : STC should send REPRESENTATIVE to Central APPNA.

10:  Motion to make new members

Discussion of Agenda:

1-Mobile Clinic Versus APPNA House:  Open discussion was held for Mobile Clinic versus APPNA House .  Majority of members voted for Mobile clinic.

2-Motion was passed to create the feasibility report for Mobile Clinic.   Members of APPNA STC decided that feasibility report will be created for Mobile Clinic including cost to buy the mobile clinic , running expenses per month, Staff rosters, Logistics and will be presented to APPNA STC EC and BOT committee in next 2 weeks.

3-Motion was passed to involve different organizations to run the Mobile Clinic.  Members of APPNA STC decided that they will conduct meetings with ICNA , ISGH and Fort bend county to discuss smooth running of Mobile Clinic and involve these organizations. 

4-Membership drive.  Currently APPNA STC have 250 members. It will also be top priority in 2020 to make new members and membership drive will continue.

5-Web site updates.  Web Site updates were given by President Dr Tanveer Khan that new Web Site was launched in 2019.  Current Membership list is available for all members on Website.

6-APPNA   house. It was unanimously agreed that purchasing the mobile clinic is going to be more beneficial to the community and cost effective.

7-Motion was passed to help IMG.  Members decided they will continue to help IMG by opening their doors to accommodate one or two students and help them getting internships.

8-Role of STC with Central APPNA.   Members decided that APPNA STC should play their vital role in Central APPNA as APPNA STC is one of the largest chapter in the country. Dr Tanveer Khan as Council Member will raise issue to give better representation to bigger chapters.

9:  Motion was passed:  APPNA STC should send REPRESENTATIVE to Central APPNA.  Motion was passed by all members that APPNA STC  should send representative to central APPNA

10:  Motion was passed to make new members.  Motion was passed by all members that membership drive will be active throughout the year.
