1. The Association shall adopt Bylaws for the conduct of its affairs in harmony with this Constitution.

2. The Bylaws may not restrict or alter any provision defined in this Constitution, except as described in Article 9***, below.

3. Robert’s Rules of Order shall be adopted for the conduct of the meetings.
